Named of Mountain Lixia Building è un progetto di interior design per uffici realizzato a Jinan. Lo spazio accoglie circa 400 persone provenienti dalla sede centrale di un gruppo e dalle sue società controllate. Nove piani ospitano aree di lavoro open space, sale riunioni di medie e grandi dimensioni, una reception e una sala espositiva. Altri tre piani comprendono una sala lettura, un'area dedicata alla meditazione e al relax e uno spazio multifunzionale. Legno, piante, ampie superfici in pietra artificiale e linee metalliche danno forma a un interno pacato, ispirato ai dipinti a inchiostro raffiguranti montagne e fiumi. Gli spazi comuni contribuiscono a creare un ambiente di lavoro confortevole.

Proprietà Uniche: The purpose of the design of Olympic Finance Center Block B is to create a new landmark office space for the Group.
It is based on the ink paintings without color of rivers and cities, mountains and water, and amounts of mountains and hills, to show the oriental art and aesthetics, and deeply experience the convergence of Oriental humanities in the mysterious and illusory space of concretization.
Dimensioni e Confezionamento: A compatible with old and new city with mountains as its shape, rivers as muscles and bones, and springs as soul, blooms its color and life. It not only maintains the original flavor, but integrates into the modern wheel of the Era. Moreover, designers use the decomposition, reorganization and collision of texture and material to build a simple and lively volume.

Tecnologia di Produzione: The interaction of large-area artificial stone, metal line and green in space design with artificial stone as the medium, it sets up an interesting environmental dialogue in the lobby, which makes expression and interaction between lines, materials and colors in serious space. The contrast between light and dark and between virtual and real enriches the artistic atmosphere of space and highlights the artistic phenomenon of ecology and future mission.
Sfida Progettuale: In order to meet the current design trend and the owner's demand for quality. The project caters to the needs of workers in modern state-owned enterprises. By using of wood, plants and other ecological materials, it creates an open, warm, humanized and international indoor, and designs a large number of community spaces far beyond the traditional office, creating a delicate and comfortable working environment.
Ricerca: In order to meet the current design trend and the owner's demand for quality, reading room, meditation and leisure area and multi-function area occupy three floors. The open office space, medium and large conference rooms, reception and enterprise exhibition hall, which accommodate about 400 people from the group headquarters and subsidiaries, occupy nine floors of the office area.

Durata del Progetto: The project started in August 2019 and finished in October 2010 in Jinan, the purpose of the design of Olympic Finance Center Block B is to create a new landmark office space for the Group.
Flusso Operativo: It is based on the ink paintings without color of rivers and cities, mountains and water, and amounts of mountains and hills, to show the oriental art and aesthetics, and deeply experience the convergence of Oriental humanities in the mysterious and illusory space of concretization.The style is like a clear and white one inlaid in the Castle Peak, and the dialogue among space, color and material creates the level and artistic sense of three-dimensional space, and creates the office artistic atmosphere endowed with the mission of the future era.
