Hope è un anello simbolico composto da due parti unite da una cerniera, in modo che la parte superiore possa essere aperta come una piccola scatola. La superficie esterna è ricoperta di smalto nero e rappresenta l'oscurità. La superficie interna è impreziosita da diamanti disposti in triangoli, mentre un diamante giallo al centro rappresenta il sole e i giorni più luminosi. Una piccola apertura quadrata nella parte superiore del design permette di intravedere il diamante giallo. L'anello è realizzato in argento con oro e misura 2,5 per 2,5 per 4 centimetri.
