Jinmao Palace è un centro vendite situato nel distretto di Fengtai, a Pechino, in prossimità del fiume Yongding. Gli interni si estendono su 682 metri quadrati al piano terra di un edificio commerciale. Il progetto introduce in città temi paesaggistici e bucolici, ispirandosi al concetto di comunità dei quindici minuti. All'interno dello spazio trovano posto funzioni ispirate ai mercati e ai caffè, mentre i confini tra le diverse aree vengono attenuati. La hall di accoglienza è decorata con giochi di luce ad effetto acqua e un divisorio in resina acrilica a doppia altezza richiama il motivo acquatico dello sfondo della reception.

- It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

- Flusso Operativo
- According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
