About Restrepo Collezione di orologi da polso automatici
Restrepo è una collezione di cinque orologi da polso cronografi automatici. La cassa ha una forma ellittica, ispirata alle orbite ellittiche dei pianeti descritte dalle leggi di Keplero. Ogni orologio è costruito attorno a un movimento automatico Valjoux e a una cassa in acciaio inossidabile 316L con vetro zaffiro e fondello a vista. Sono proposte tre finiture: acciaio, blu e oro. I quadranti sono in smalto e i cinturini sono realizzati in caucciù vulcanizzato. L'impermeabilità è pari a 5 ATM. La forma ellittica intende offrire un'alternativa alle consolidate forme rotonde.

- I am a fa,n amateur of watches since my youth
- Inspiration
- The real start of this project is the curve and the shape of the planets in the Universe that are in fact not round but elliptical as the movements referring the Kepler rules. So to make a new way of exploration I decided after some travels in Concord from Paris to NY, to rehabilitate the elliptical shapes for timepieces. Ignoring at this time that so many famous Brands had used that shape on the 70'S.
