Proprietà Uniche: The project is located in Laoshan District, Qingdao, with a coastal location, facing the sea with its back to Laoshan, and has unique landscape resources. The project is positioned as a high-end business complex, providing modern office space for international headquarters enterprises. The office display model room is located on the 24th floor of the building, with a wide view and a panoramic view of mountains and seas. The office space takes the blue of the sea as the keynote and adds other colors to make it easy and comfortable.

The purpose of design is to create a space where all office workers can communicate and collaborate flexibly, because in the future, work is defined as a state of mind, not just a workplace.
