Quando i designer ricevevano il brief dal cliente, si trattava di un'unità da esposizione per il mercato benestante. I designer vogliono evitare il classico lusso diretto. Questa unità espositiva dovrebbe rappresentare un senso di buon gusto con dettagli nascosti nei disegni. Hanno utilizzato il bianco e nero come tema cromatico per l'unità espositiva con un accenno di colore in accento dai mobili sciolti o dalle decorazioni sospese. Il punto focale dell'unità espositiva è l'ingresso. Per creare l'effetto Wow, hanno usato l'arte del muschio.

- When we received the brief from the client, it was a show unit for the affluent market. We want to avoid the classic straight- to your- face luxury. This show unit should portray a sense of tastefulness with details hidden in the designs
We have used black and white as the color theme for the show unit with a hint of accents color from the loose furniture or the hanging decoration.
The main focal point of show unit is the entrance. In order to create the WOW effect, we have used a moss art. - Dimensioni e Confezionamento

- Our design has incorporated leather finished marble in the dry kitchen and granite cladding the wall and counted of the wet kitchen
- Sfida Progettuale
- The hardest part of the renovation was the access to the show unit. Imagine the area during the beginning was just a wetland, and we had to carry the materials into the site using truck with chances of it getting stuck in the mud. We are glad we managed to do it anyway and carry out the work with the teamwork from all parties.
- Ispirazione
- The inspiration is coming from the surrounding of the show unit. An environment that's created for the affluent.

- The project started in year 2021 during the preliminary design stage. However due to the lock down in Malaysia, we can only carry out the renovation concurrently with the build in 2022.
- Flusso Operativo
- The challenge of to construct this interior renovation of the show unit is that, we have to work concurrently with the main builder, as certain part of the show unit has not been constructed yet such as the toilets and the first floor.
The area was pretty secluded and muddy, with limited water resources. Thus, we have to source our water supply at site to ensure the work can be carried out. - Membri del Team
