Questo edificio sorge su un terreno in pendenza, il secondo piano è la zona pubblica, comprendente l'ingresso, il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina, mentre il primo piano è la zona privata, comprendente la camera matrimoniale e la camera dei bambini. Come già accennato, l'ingresso si trova al secondo piano e, poiché l'edificio è situato su una pendenza, la facciata appare come quella di una casa a un piano. L'esterno è rifinito con pietra di ardesia naturale nera e piastrelle effetto marmo sulle pareti esterne e sulle recinzioni, ed impreziosito da grigliati in legno e pittura bianca per creare un'atmosfera maestosa ma moderatamente morbida.

Proprietà Uniche: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

Sfida Progettuale: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
Ricerca: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
Ispirazione: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.

Flusso Operativo: The entrance is on the second floor and serves as the main floor.The living room, dining room, and kitchen are seamlessly connected.The living room floor is two steps lower than the dining room and kitchen, and this difference in level sometimes functions as a bench.There is also a private room for the elderly mother, creating a space where all family members of different generations can relax.
