Lidu 1308 è un progetto di packaging per un distillato cinese. Il design unisce l'arte della porcellana di Jingdezhen e la tradizione distillatoria di Lidu. La bottiglia in ceramica ha una capacità di 500 ml e presenta motivi di draghi in blu e bianco della dinastia Yuan, realizzati con pittura sottosmalto e impreziositi da un sigillo dorato incastonato. Il tappo in lega metallica è inciso con caratteri ispirati alla stampa a caratteri mobili. L'astuccio esterno è realizzato in cartone rigido rivestito con un materiale dalla texture serica, decorato con due draghi in rilievo blu e stampa a caldo in oro. Una struttura di apertura rotante rivela la bottiglia mettendola in mostra.

Sfida Progettuale: The challenge was to merge two UNESCO heritage applications, Jingdezhen porcelain and Lidu brewing, into one cohesive design. Research focused on Yuan Dynasty blue and white motifs, underglaze techniques, and movable type printing to authentically integrate cultural elements. Balancing artistic detail with usability required engineering precision, especially for the engraved alloy cap and rotating case. The goal was to create packaging that feels both luxurious and functional, serving as a cultural bridge between tradition and modernity.

Flusso Operativo: The packaging is designed to create a ceremonial experience. The rigid case with a rotating opening reveals the bottle like a showcase, enhancing display value.
