About Mavo Bilancia da caffè
Mavo è una bilancia da caffè progettata per l'estrazione in filtro (pour over) e per l'espresso. Un sistema di rilevamento gravitazionale individua l'orientamento del dispositivo e ruota lo schermo: la modalità verticale si adatta ai metodi pour over, mentre quella orizzontale si integra perfettamente sulle macchine da espresso. Lo schermo TFT a colori mostra peso, tempo e rapporto di estrazione, offrendo indicazioni dedicate per ciascuna modalità di preparazione. Un sensore di carico di precisione e una piattaforma di pesatura divisa consentono un intervallo di misurazione da 0,1 g a 2 kg. - The scale is a professional and convenient brewing assistant. A builtin gravity sensing system enables the screen to automatically detect orientation and rotate with the device, catering to different operation habits.
