- The overall conception of the project is based on the local geographical and cultural factors of Qingdao. The change of time endows space with different expressions. The relationship between the shadow and space is incisively and vividly expressed, which creates a dialog between people and the sea.
- Research
- In the reception hall of the sales office, we make appropriate arrangements according to our space with a Fresnel lens to form a unique installation art. It implies the trend of “convergence”, and water generates wealth, implying popularity and wealth. At the same time, the viewer can also experience the fun of interaction.
- Inspiration
- After thousands of years of evolution, the Baisha River basin is characterized by continuous peaks and ravines, intersections of mountains and rivers, and the harmony of rivers and seas, which is forthright, primitive, and magnificent.

- Stepping into the reception hall, you will see the simple and elegant art installations and sculptures created by French artist Fresnel.
The Qingdao sea area has many harbors, tortuous coastlines, and vast beaches, so it can be called a city by the water. The passing stream of people is like a river of countless drops of water flowing into the sea.
