About Realm of Transition Interior design di uffici
Realm of Transition è un progetto di interior design per uffici di 275 metri quadrati realizzato a Taipei, Taiwan. Gli interni si basano su un tema nautico medievale ispirato all'esploratore Magellano. Tra i motivi nautici figurano corde di canapa, travi ad arco, aste tonde, tela di canapa, fasciame di murata e botti di rovere. L'ufficio del presidente presenta una maniglia da cabina e carte nautiche medievali. Per sostenere una progettazione sostenibile sono stati impiegati pallet di legno riciclato e botti di rovere dismesse, mentre la stampa ad alta tecnologia sostituisce alcuni materiali lignei reali.

- As the light grey wall complements the corporate logo, many motifs symbolize the determination in transcending time while commencing such journey in the context of a medieval cabin filled with nautical elements of hemp rope, arched beam, round rods, canvas, ship side boards, and oak barrels, etc.

- The project was named, Realm of Transition, so that working is no longer mundanity but a bold endeavor, as the overall design theme was anchored on the symbolism of ships where different parts of the ships amalgamate with various parts of the office.
- Inspiration
- With aspired admiration for the spirit of endeavoring through unchartered water of the renowned explorer, Magellan, the client wished to have the design of this office space based on the medieval nautical styling for this.

- The project finished in June, 2019 in Taipei City, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- With an environmental conservation theme, many recycled pallets were used to create a ship cabin office in transcending the nautical theme into an actual environment.
