- The MX Dynamic Room in Room System offers a highly flexible solution for the spatial needs of office work, education, and commerce. Its modular design allows for quick rearrangement and expansion of spatial functions. Integrated with an intelligent management platform and made from ecofriendly materials, the system delivers independent modular components that are movable, highly adaptable and efficient, and environmentally friendly.
- Inspiration
- The MX Dynamic Room in Room System draws inspiration from prefabricated architecture as well as magic cubes and building blocks. It transforms spaces into modular prefabricated rooms that can be freely combined and reconfigured. Its open and adaptable structure allows spaces to be rearranged for endless possibilities, while individual components can be independently updated or replaced throughout the lifecycle of the system, extending its service life and minimizing maintenance costs.
- Research
- Inflexible traditional spaces are slow and costly to renovate, hardly adapting to the rapid changes in modern offices and commercial venues. Combining prefabrication technology with standardized intelligent manufacturing process, the system was developed. Its core flexible modular standardized units, supported by a global warehousing and distribution network, make it ideal for office renovations, classroom conversion, commercial setups and mobile medical care and portable outdoor applications.
- Challenge
- The system uses standardized modular components including ceilings, floors, doors, and walls, so users can freely arrange it like building blocks. It supports rapid setups from single person private work pods to large multiperson spaces. The modular design offers high mobility and simplifies installation, adapting to interior styles, site constraints, and usage requirements. With smart management and dynamic space design concepts, it can be set up within hours, reducing labor and material costs.
- Realization and Technology
- The interior and exterior panels use a magnetic latch system, making them upgradable, replaceable, and reusable. The system uses recyclable materials such as ecofriendly fabrics, aerospace grade aluminum alloy, and FSC certified panels. The 6063 T5 and 3C tempered glass ensure structural durability and prolong the lifecycle of spaces through flexible reconfiguration and material recovery. Mass prefabrication and onsite modular assembly further cut construction noise and material waste.
- Operation and Interaction
- The intelligent management platform monitors real time data like usage rates, duration and peak hours. Integrated with enterprise scheduling systems like OA and Outlook, it supports remote booking and resource allocation, fundamentally reducing space idleness.
