About Gloria リング、ブレスレット
Gloriaは、リングとブレスレットで構成されるジュエリーコレクションです。デザインの着想源は、芸術家が徳の象徴として聖人の頭部の周囲に描く、光り輝く輪である光輪(ヘイロー)です。リングの主要なシャンクとブレスレットの本体は、ワイヤーから手作業で成形されています。石もまた、化学染料や添加物を用いず天然素材から手作りされており、自然へと還ることができます。各パーツは単体でも組み合わせても身に着けることができ、形状と機能を変化させられます。人間の精神の高揚を、身に着けられるオブジェとして表現することを意図しています。

- Production Technology
- The main shanks of the ring and the body of the bracelet are made by wire handforming and the stones’ materials are totally natural and environment friendly and in fact, no sort of chemical colors or substances has been used during the process of making.
- Design Challenge
- After searching in various features of natural materials, manifold techniques were tested to specify the optimal crafting method; so eventually a crafting process was selected out of sustainable and unique methods for making the stones of this collection.
- Research
- The design data of this collection and specially its stones, are garnered through information gathering and field & empirical studies.
- Inspiration
- (Gloria), In the dictionary it means halo, worshiping and praying of God the Almighty.The halo is a luminous ring which artists paint around the head of Saints or Mormons; this was used as the inspiration of the design.
- Project Duration
- This project started in 2017 and ended in 2019 after making the preliminary prototypes.
- Operation Flow
