About Verde 屋外用グリル
Verdeは、薪や炭などの固形燃料で調理するためのコンパクトな屋外用グリルです。台形のフォルムにより、調理面全体に熱が均一に行き渡ります。燃料タンクは、グリル上の食材を動かすことなく燃料を補充できる構造です。外装は耐熱塗装で保護された2mm厚の鋼板、タンクは1.5mm厚の鋼板、グリル部は3mm厚の黒染め鋼板を用い、長期にわたる高い耐久性を実現しています。製造にはレーザーカット、曲げ加工、そして最小限の溶接を用いることで、материалの使用量を抑えています。コンパクトな形状により、持ち運びやすく、扱いも簡単です。

- Unique Properties
- This is a device for cooking food outdoors. Used in specially designed places, it is thought and designed to prepare food in a healthy way with the help solid fuel. The concept came from the desire to offer a product with high mobility, making grilling easier and more enjoyable. The trapezoidal shape favors heat dissipation evenly over the entire surface of the product. An interesting feature of the product is the refilling of the tank with fuel without moving the food in the cooki

- The study of creating this product consisted of designing and producing it with a minimum amount of material, the goal being to save material, and the easiest way to create it was by bending and welding in a very small amount.

Its shape is compact and easy to use by anyone. - Inspiration
- The concept of this product was inspired by design stealth trends, having as main feature the practical and compact shape which gives it a modern look. People can enjoy socializing around the fire or the outdoor cooking experience by the side of a multifunctional product.
- Project Duration
- This project started in February 2020 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
- Operation Flow
- The exterior of the grill is made of 2mm thick sheet metal, protected with heat-resistant paint. The grill tank is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet and the grill, of 3 mm browned sheet, guaranteeing high resistance over time. Verde works on solid fuels such as wood or coal.
