About Existence チェア
「Existence(存在)」は、思考するための椅子である。この椅子は、輪郭を定義し、心が満たすための余白を残す建築作品として捉えられている。ステンレススチールによる2点のプロトタイプが制作された。Existenceに座ることは、注意力と筋力を要するため、この椅子は身体的な快適さをあえて制限することで、精神を解放する。各椅子の寸法は、幅1000mm、奥行き800mm、高さ600mmである。プロトタイプは手作業で成形され、正確な精度に到達するためにさまざまな技法が調整された。

- Existence chair is a chair for thinking, a piece of architecture defines the edge and leaves space for the mind to fill. There are a pair of prototypes made of stainless steel. The sitting experience requires attention and muscles to participate in. Limiting comfort sets the mind free.

- The project started in May 2019 in California and finished production in January 2021 in China.
