Cyan Bird ブローチ、ペンダントについて

「Cyan Bird（シアン・バード）」は、ブローチとしてもペンダントとしても身に着けられるジュエリーです。デザインは、窓格子に佇む一羽の鳥を表現しています。鳥は伝統的な七宝技法で仕上げられ、豊かで生き生きとした色彩を生み出しています。透かしの窓部分は18金製で、軽やかな仕上がりです。象嵌されたダイヤモンドが陽光の下で輝きを添えます。七宝の作業は、切断、彫金、線付け、釉薬掛け、800度での焼成、研磨など十以上の工程をすべて手作業で行っています。ブローチのサイズは高さ49mm、幅41mmです。

独自の特性: The artist integrates the traditional cloisonne craft into the jewelry design, making the design more modern while retaining the traditional Oriental characteristics, and striving to make efforts for the inheritance and development of the traditional cloisonne craft.

製造技術: The Cyan bird cloisonne process used by this work is very complicated, need after cutting, carving, tinsel, silver inlay, coated with glaze, high temperature, grinding, etc more than ten working procedure, to do work in 800 - degree firing 20-30 times, can obtain the beautiful color, and these should be done purely manual. Due to the uncertainty of handwork, the success rate of a perfect cloisonne is not high, which is all the more precious in today's speed seeking industrial age.
デザインの課題: The biggest challenge of this design is to break through the tradition and combine the cloisonné craftsmanship originally applied to the utensils with gold and gemstones to make the design a unique piece of jewelry.
リサーチ: Because the craftsmanship of Cloisonne uses copper as the inner bottom tire, in order to make the blue and green more vivid, it can experiment with silver tires. So the artist tried to adjust during the production process and successfully got more beautiful colors.
インスピレーション: In ancient Chinese mythology, Cyan bird symbolize happiness. The whole design depicts a Cyan bird standing on the window lattice singing for its owner. The birds made of cloisonne are rich in color, gorgeous, beautiful and lively; the hollow window made of 18k gold is complex and light, with oriental characteristics. The inlaid diamonds shine in the sun, making the whole work look gorgeous and exquisite. When light reflects the shadow through the hollowed-out pane, light and shadow overlap, as if two birds were talking to each other, and the beautiful story slowly unfolded.
プロジェクト期間: The project will be designed and produced in Beijing in 2021, and it will take 3 months in total.
