About Six Grams カトラリー
Six Gramsは、炭素繊維強化プラスチックで作られたカトラリーセットです。ナイフ、フォーク、スプーンはいずれも重さ6グラムで、金属製カトラリーよりはるかに軽量です。この軽さによって、食べる人は道具の重さではなく、食べ物そのものの重さを感じ取ることができます。また、炭素繊維強化プラスチックは低アレルギー性のため、金属アレルギーのある方も安心して食事を楽しめます。薄く繊細な黒いフォルムは、従来の金属製カトラリーとは異なる佇まいを生み出します。Six Gramsは、食事の体験の中心に「料理」を据えるために生まれました。

- 6g (six grams) is the cutlery of the future, made of carbon fibre (CFRP).
When you hold it in your hand, the thinness and lightness of the cutlery make it disappear, emphasising the presence of the food and giving you a dining experience unlike any other. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Our inspiration come from the weight of meals.
Existing cutlery is almost made by metals so we have the weight of metal itself and meals. But if we can feel the weight of meals when we eat, we may get any other idea or insight, inspiration from the meals.
Six grams made by Carbon FRP which is used in aerospace craft is very light weight so you can feel meal directly.
Also Metal has the luxury and stable but there is allergy. Our six grams is Hypoallergenic so it is friendy for body. - Team Members
