Yoga House サステナブルハウスについて

ヨガハウスは、パッシブソーラー型のアースシェルターとして設計されたサステナブルな住宅です。建築面積は224平方メートルで、自然素材とアップサイクル素材を用いて造られています。蓄熱性の高い構造体と自然換気によって室内温度を調整し、太陽光パネルと風力タービンが電力を供給、雨水は集水・貯留され長期的に利用されます。オーガニックガーデンでは敷地内での食料の栽培が可能です。主に平屋で構成された配置計画は、既存の樹木をすべて保存し、良好な眺望を開くよう、地形に沿って自由に方位づけられています。

独自の特性: Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
