About Ludwig Katrin ネックブレース
Ludwig Katrinは、頸椎を保持・支持するために設計されたネックフィクサーです。長い外付けの送気チューブを備えた一般的な頸部固定製品とは異なり、Ludwig Katrinは内蔵型のエアバッグと内部に隠されたライン構造を採用しています。中央のエアバッグを押すことで device に空気が送り込まれ、左側の排気ボタンで空気を抜くことができるため、コードレスで携帯性に優れた製品となっています。6段のギアにより段階的な高さ調整が可能で、各段では音による合図が鳴ります。首の後ろにあるサポートプレートが上下方向の動きをガイドし、ファブリックカバーは取り外して洗濯できます。

- Unique Properties
- Breakthrough inbuilt air-inflation,press the gasbag in the center to inflate, and press the exhaust button on the left of the product to exhaust air.
To get the best fixing and supporting effect, there are six gears for adjusting the product height and there will be a sound reminder when raising/lowering down each gear of heigh, the supporting plate behind the neck is designed to support the up-and-down adjustment. - Dimensions & Packaging
- 260mm x 220mm x1 80mm, with ergonomic tridynamic traction to restore healthy cervical curvature. Fix the cervical spine to allow adequate rest of the damaged cervical spine. Reverse C thrust evenly pushes away to repair cervical atrophy area. Upward support and downward lifting, while inflating, all balloons simultaneously apply force to distract the cervical spine space.

- Design Challenge
- In order to create a brand-new wear experience, the whole machine fabric removable washable design is adopted. Through numerous ergonomic wear tests, proofing tests and modifications, the first embedded tracheal neck fixator has been developed, and the innovative experience of all-in-one inflation and deflation has been created. The therapeutic product can be adjusted step by step. The product has the voice feedback of gear adjustment. A more therapeutic neck fixator makes the patient feel lighter and more comfortable to use.
- Research
- In the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis, plaster, stent, neck bracket and so on are often used to make the cervical spine get a stable state and achieve the purpose of treatment. This is neck fixation and braking, and cervical vertebra fixator is commonly used.
The cervical spine fixator on the market has long inflation lines that affects patient use, while this design is a highly discernible structural functional form and differentiated product, with internal wiring, integration, centralized functional area, and upgrades operation experience. - Inspiration
- The existing neck fixing products have a set of long inflation tube components which seriously affect the use comfortability of the product.
We hope that the patient can remember his suitable raising height when using the product to get a better healing outcome. - Project Duration
- The project lasted for 1 year and was completed in Guangzhou.
- Operation Flow
- Adapts an in-built gasbag and an interior line-hidden structure. Press the gasbag in the center to inflate, and press the exhaust button on the left of the product to exhaust air, hence realizing a convenient wireless portable product experience.
