About City Archipelago 都市地区マスタープラン
「シティ・アーキペラゴ（都市の群島）」は、上海市普陀区の真如副都心に位置する15ヘクタールの敷地を対象とした都市地区計画です。本計画は、かつてのブラウンフィールド（未利用の跡地）を、オフィス、住宅、デジタルイノベーション機能が融合した複合地区へと再生します。水辺と緑地はグリーンインフラとして機能し、豪雨による洪水の抑制に寄与するとともに、都市における日常生活の質を高めます。環境配慮型の建築物はゆるやかな配置によって島々のような構成を形成し、都市幹線道路沿いに配されたビジネスサービス施設が騒音と視覚的な煩雑さを軽減します。

- The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
