About Doritos W and Y 食品パッケージ
「Doritos W and Y」は、レゲトンデュオ、ウィシン・イ・ジャンデルのラストツアーを記念して制作された限定版の食品パッケージデザインである。このパッケージは、期間限定で展開されるより広範なビジュアルアイデンティティシステムの一部を成している。背景にはプエルトリコ国旗の赤、白、青のカラーが用いられている。中央には二人のアーティストをスタイライズしたモノクロ写真を配置し、その傍らにワールドツアー「La Ultima Mision」を告知するテキストを添えている。パッケージ前面には、鋭角的なドリトスのロゴが際立つように表示されている。

- Unique Properties
- Wherever major cultural events happen, PepsiCo brands can be found making a unique mark. After two decades together, reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel announced their final tour, and Doritos wanted to play a part in marking this historical moment in the performers’ career. So, the Design Team created a Visual Identity System (VIS) and Limited Time Offer (LTO packaging) to pay tribute to Wisin & Yandel and this milestone musical event.
- Inspiration
- The Doritos W&Y packaging reflects this pride, as the proud red, white, and blue colors of the Puerto Rican flag adorns the background of the design. A stylized black and white photograph of Wisin & Yandel was centered on the pack, adding a nostalgic touch alongside text promoting "La Última Misión" World Tour. The angular Doritos logo ws prominently featured, adding a bold touch that perfectly matched the vibrant energy of the group's music.
