About Next Collection 集合住宅
Next Collectionは、グリーンケープの景観との関係性の中で設計された集合住宅である。建物は、庭園を擁するポディウム（基壇）の上に配置された3つの独立した棟で構成されている。屋上はレストラン、バー、プールを備えた社交の場として活用されている。各棟の配置は、住戸とポディウム上の庭園との間の明快な動線を支えている。インテリアは、ノーティカル（海洋）をテーマとし、落ち着いたカラーパレットを用いたミニマリストなアプローチを採用している。このデザインは、有機的なフォルムと周囲の地形とを融合させている。
