Istanbul 245 House 住宅建築について

設計チームは、穏やかな自然の中での暮らしをコンセプトとして掲げた。建築とインテリアデザインには、多くの天然木と天然石が取り入れられている。無垢材は生きた素材である。自然素材と自然なトーンで統一されている。空間には秋の風情が強く反映されている。オークとウォルナットは、石材と組み合わせて使用されるこのプロジェクトのカラーである。フォルムは穏やかでシンプルに保ちながら、随所に豊かな表情を加え、マットブラスやリニアスラットと調和させることに配慮している。

独自の特性: A serene, peaceful and quiet shelter in nature, designed and implemented by Studio EG Architecture: Acarkent B245 House... The project consists of four floors in total. The garden floor and ground floor were designed as living spaces, while the middle floor and attic floor were designed as night spaces. Built on approximately 850 m2 of land, this residence embodies the naturalness and simplicity of Beykoz.

デザインの課題: Since it was a renovation project, it was a project that we developed and worked hard on in line with new usage scenarios and user requests, adhering to the dimensions and carrier system. We created the final design with many sketches.
リサーチ: It is a serene and at the same time quiet project that will save users from the intense workload they are exposed to during the day, and where they can relieve their fatigue and stress. In this project, where we take simple ergonomics as a basis, spaces such as an outdoor pool, orchard, sun terrace, dining area, outdoor terraces and hobby rooms, cinema room, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, garden shower, book reading areas are designed to protect users from fatigue and stress during the day. aimed at purification.
インスピレーション: It was designed with modern geometry of clarity and numerical arithmetic in the space, using natural wood colors from nature. There is a floor gallery between the garden floor living room and the ground floor living room. It lets in maximum daylight, illuminating the living spaces and distributing the green reflection of the trees and forest area from the garden to the interior spaces.
