Moonlight Reverie 7 包丁セットについて

Moonlight Reverie 7は、家庭で料理をする人からプロのシェフまでを対象としたキッチンナイフセットです。スライス、骨断ち、皮むきといった用途を幅広くカバーし、ナイフは整然と配置されたスロットを備えたナイフブロックに収納され、キッチンカウンターをすっきりと保ちます。刃は50Cr15MoVステンレス鋼を用い、ポリメチルシロキサンコーティングと抗菌処理を施すことで、腐食と細菌の繁殖を抑えます。ブロックはPPおよびABS樹脂製で、分解して洗浄が可能なほか、シャープナー、はさみホルダー、安定性を高める補強ベースを備えています。

プロジェクト期間: The design and development of this knife set began in Hangzhou in December 2024, and it is scheduled to be introduced to the Chinese market in June 2025.
