About Intonic Vista スマートトイレ

Vistaは、個人用および共用のバスルームに向けて設計されたスマートトイレです。タンクレス洗浄ユニットは渦を巻く水流を用い、従来のサイホン式便器と比べて1回あたりの洗浄水量を低減します。陶器本体には超平滑な抗菌釉薬を施し、汚れが付着しにくく、清掃が容易です。常温触媒システムが室温でにおいを分解します。便座は人間工学に基づく研究から形状を導き出し、圧力センサーを内蔵して適応的な加温を行います。自動洗浄、フットスイッチ、ワイヤレスリモコン、ノブにより、簡単に操作できます。

Unique Properties: Intonic, founded by Pedro Ribas in 2023 in Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal, is European Intelligent Shower Toilet specialist brand. Its latest fully smart toilet, the Vista series, incorporates cutting-edge intelligent technology and design aesthetics, and is dedicated to providing users with a user-friendly interface and seamless operational experience. Its distinctive features include: DUO+ remote monitoring and after-sales system, Real Bidet's gentle feminine wash, BodoFlushing vortex flushing system, and X-Flutronics tankless powerful flush.
Dimensions & Packaging: The Vista smart toilet series features diverse specifications and compact sizes, perfectly suited for various bathroom spaces. It boasts excellent technical characteristics, with the Real Bidet’s soft Lady-wash function catering to women's needs and the Zero Stress Seat providing ergonomic support. The ultra-smooth antibacterial glaze is easy to clean and maintains hygiene. The cold catalyst deodorization technology effectively purifies the air, creating a fresh environment. Production Technology: The Vista series achieves long-lasting cleanliness without chemical additives, based on Ag47 ultra-smooth antibacterial glaze technology (with a roughness only 1/17 of ordinary glaze) and a cold catalyst air purification system. The innovative Real Bidet’s soft Lady-wash technology, combined with the Zero Stress Seat ergonomic seat, reduces fatigue from prolonged sitting. The modular water-saving flushing system adapts to global water pressure environments, significantly reducing water consumption per flush compared to traditional siphonic toilets.
Design Challenge: Creative Core: Inspired by ergonomics and minimalist architectural aesthetics, we reconstruct the form of bathroom products, transforming humanistic technology into technical solutions.
Research Challenges: ①Balancing strength and a soft touch in ultra-thin ceramic substrates; ②Integrating multiple functions like cold catalysis and swirling water-saving into complex fluid systems within limited space; ③Adapting ergonomic seats to global user body differences; ④Maintaining a dynamic balance between eco-material application and supply chain cost control. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we overcome the fusion of technical and aesthetic challenges, ultimately achieving "invisible intelligence" for zero-threshold operation, setting a new benchmark for "humanized technology" in the industry.
Research: Vista achieves multi-dimensional innovation through fluid mechanics and low-temperature catalysis: Real Bidet’s soft Lady-wash integrates micro-bubble rinsing with physiological data modeling; the Zero Stress Seat dynamically adjusts support via pressure sensing; Ag47 antibacterial glaze creates an ultra-low roughness surface, reducing cleaning needs by 90%; the cold catalyst air purification system decomposes odors at room temperature; and the swirling water-saving structure enhances cleaning efficiency through a closed-loop flow. Coupled with global supply chain integration and modular design, it ensures customized aesthetics while boosting production efficiency, providing the smart bathroom industry with a humanistic and sustainable technological paradigm.
Inspiration: The design inspiration of the Vista series is mainly based on ergonomics. The Zero Stress Seat is reshaped through thousands of sitting posture simulations to provide optimal support；it also utilizes Ag47 glazing technology to achieve extremely low dirt adhesion, and the BodoFlushing vortex flushing system mimics the trajectory of ocean currents. The water-saving vortex flushing system mimics ocean currents, combined with cold catalyst air purification technology, integrating natural decomposition principles into bathroom spaces. The design language blends minimalistic architectural lines with organic forms, hiding smart modules under ceramic curves through the concept of "Invisible Technology", allowing technology to serve the silent aesthetics of cleanliness.
Project Duration: Ready for Market
Operation Flow: Vista centered on user needs, we establish a "seamless" intelligent interaction system, featuring customized software that enables no-touch operations like automatic flushing on seat departure and foot-touch activation through multimodal sensing. It integrates dual control via wireless remote and knob, accommodating various user habits. The Lady-wash function offers multi-level water temp. & pressure adjustments with intuitive "one-turn-one-stop" knob control. The ergonomic seat has built-in dynamic pressure sensors, feeding posture data to the system for adaptive seat warming. This product conceals complex technology in minimalist interaction, redefining the human-centric tech boundaries of smart bathrooms.
