Htvront Weprintは、衣類やその他のファブリックを装飾するために用いられるプリンタブル熱転写ビニール（アイロンプリントシート）です。Weprintは熱転写ビニールと昇華転写の手法を融合しており、カットや重ね貼りを行うことなく、緻密な柄やグラデーション、多色デザインを一層で印刷できます。本素材は大半のインクジェットプリンターに対応し、綿、ポリエステル、混紡生地に使用可能です。Weprintは水性ポリウレタン、TPU、PESから作られ、有機溶剤は添加されていません。プリントされた色彩は、洗濯や色あせ、剥がれに強い耐久性を備えています。

Unique Properties: Htvront Weprint is an innovative printable heat transfer vinyl that combines HTV and sublimation technologies, overcoming their limitations. Unlike traditional HTV, it allows full color, gradient, and detailed designs without layering. Compatible with inkjet printers, it works on cotton, polyester, and blends. The eco friendly, organic solvent free production and single layer design reduce waste and enhance sustainability.

Research: Htvront Weprint solves common heat transfer issues like fading, wrinkling, and complex layering. It enables intricate patterns, smooth gradients, and vibrant multi color designs, all on a single layer. Its innovative design ensures long lasting colors that won’t peel or fade. Compatible with most inkjet printers, it delivers sharp, accurate prints. By streamlining the transfer process, it makes custom printing effortless for both beginners and professionals.
Inspiration: Traditional htv requires layering, increasing material waste and complexity. Project Duration: This project started in July 2024 in Changsha, China, and is expected to launch in the U.S. market in 2025.
