About Persian Peacock Ring カクテルリング
ペルシャン・ピーコック・リングは、女性のためのカクテルリングです。ペルシャ神話において楽園、王権、高貴さ、そして美の象徴とされる孔雀からインスピレーションを得てデザインされました。有機的でダイナミックなフォルムに、異なる色の金属と宝石を組み合わせています。エメラルドとサファイアは、緑と青に輝く孔雀の羽を表現しています。リングは三次元ソフトウェアでモデリングされ、ワックスで出力した後、三つのパーツに分けて直接鋳造されました。宝石はマイクロセッティングの技法で留められています。頭部の上面と目の部分にはイエローゴールドのメッキが施されています。

- Unique Properties
- Using organic and dynamic forms in the design. Combining different elements and shapes in design with different metal colour and gemstones.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Width and length of the piece from the top view are about 42mm.
Its weight is about 35 grams in sterling silver. - Tags
- Masterpiece, jewellery, high-end, gold, cad, fashion
- Production Technology
- Different software packages used for designing and 3D-modelling the ring. Then, it 3D-printed in wax and direct cast in three parts.
Finally, gemstones set on Hero ring by using Micro-setting technique. Top of the head and eyes plated in yellow gold. - Design Challenge
- Making a big cocktail ring in all steps is challenging. Making the high detailed and producible design on the computer, casting and mounting this piece was part of the challenge.

- Researching about the symbolic meaning of the peacock is Persian mythology.
- Inspiration
- Persian peacock ring inspired by the peacock. In Persian mythology, the peacock is a symbol of paradise, regality, nobility and beauty.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2019 and finished in May 2019.
- Operation Flow
- Using 3d modelling software packages and 3d-printing technology could help to achieve an accurate and high detailed design.
