About 360° Clean Sapu Reresik Multi Sudut

360 Clean minangka sapu multi sudut sing dirancang kanggo reresik omah. Sapu umum duwe sudut kerja sing winates, mula 360 Clean nggawa wulu sapu sing disusun ngubengi sirah sapu ing kabeh arah. Kekerasan wulu sapu dikontrol miturut dawane, saengga sapu iki cocog kanggo macem-macem kahanan reresik sing luwih akeh. Wangune njupuk inspirasi saka piranti reresik tradisional Tiongkok. Sapu iki digawe saka PET, ABS lan aluminium alloy, kanthi nggunakake proses injection molding lan extrusion molding. Ukuran sapu yaiku 300 x 80 x 950 milimeter lan digunakake kanthi cara sing padha karo sapu biasa.

Unique Properties: This is an easy-to-use multi angle broom. The commonly used broom has a limited use angle. 360°broom is improved by configuring bristles at multiple angles. The product is equipped with bristles at 360° and the hardness of the bristles is controlled according to the length of the bristles to meet the needs of more scenes.

Design Challenge: The most difficult thing in this design is to combine product form and function.
Research: First, we brainstorm our design goals. Then through the query of relevant information and user interviews to understand user needs. Then sketch and model, and make a simple functional prototype.
Inspiration: In the past, Chinese people would collect chicken feathers to make cleaning tools. With the development of modern life, old tools are gradually unable to meet the new use scenarios and are eliminated. I got inspiration from traditional Chinese cleaning tools and designed a new broom.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2020 in Hefei and finished in March 2020 in Anqing.
Operation Flow: The way of using this product is very simple. Users only need to use it like a common broom. Because it adds brushes in all directions, it is easier to clean many scenes.
