It is the most well protected natural land in Shenzhen, with silver leaf forest, egrets and wetlands. Combining the characteristics of space design in the seaside, based on architecture, the design emphasizes the flexibility of seawater, pays attention to the integrity of the project, and achieves green and sustainable development design.
Ukuran & Kemasan: The project is located in the northeastern part of the beautiful dapeng peninsula in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province. The total land area is 36,041 square meters and the total building area is 70,657 square meters. Surrounded by water on three sides and only 20 meters away from the coastline, the building site is known as the "maritime cultural center" of Shenzhen. It is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton hall, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library.

Teknologi Produksi: The floor of the swimming pool uses anti-slip and epoxy grindstone floor, which is designed with solvent-free formula, and the walls use permanent condensate DPS. Durasi Proyek: The project design started in November 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in 2020 in Shenzhen.
