Permukaan njero dipasangi inten kang ditata mawa wangun segitiga, sarta inten kuning ing tengah nggambarake srengenge lan dina-dina kang luwih padhang. Bukaan cilik wangun kothak ing sadhuwure desain ngidini inten kuning katon. Ali iki digawe saka perak lan emas, ukurane 2,5 kaping 2,5 kaping 4 sentimeter.
