- Unique Properties
- As a formerly abandoned automotive repair workshop, he designed it into restaurant, bar and cafe. - The whole project area is huge, but the renovation budget is quite tight, so they decided to take advantage of the beauty of the building itself, which actually gives them a big unexpected surprise.
