"ბუნგალოს დიდებულება პენტჰაუსში" არის საცხოვრებელი ინტერიერის დიზაინი, შექმნილი პუნეს, ინდოეთი, პენტჰაუსისთვის, რომლის აშენებული ფართობია 3436 კვადრატული ფუტი. მთელ სივრცეში გამოყენებულია ბუნებრივი და ადგილობრივი მასალები, მათ შორის ღია აგური, ნაჭედი სპილენძი, ნედლი ფოლადი, ბუნებრივი ხე, გაპრიალებული და გაუპრიალებელი კოტას ქვა და ტრადიციული ქსოვილები. პიჩვაის ხელოვნების ნიმუში მთელ ერთ კედელს ფარავს, ხოლო ხის საქანელა სასტუმრო ზონას აღნიშნავს. ვერტიკალური ფარფლები აღმოსავლეთ მხარეს, სამმაგი სიმაღლის ცენტრალური სივრცე და ჭერის სარკმლები აყალიბებს სინათლესა და ჩრდილს და უზრუნველყოფს ჯვარედინ ვენტილაციას.

- Unique Properties
- It’s not every day that you come across a house that makes you wonder if you’re really amidst the hustle & bustle of a city life!
The design reflect distinctive use of natural textures and palette ranging from beaten copper, traditional fabrics,polished & unpolished kota, exposed brick & concrete
The house gives a sense of liveliness and comfort, with a hint of moody tones here & there - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- Natural & local materials like Exposed brick, beaten copper, steel with raw look, natural wood etc. have been used, to complement these we have used pastel to vibrant shades, traditional fabrics are used through out the house. It is an inward looking house. Along with aesthetics, in entire house light & shadows create different dramatic effects through out the day and year. Proper cross ventilation is ensured keeping the house airy all the time
- Design Challenge
- Since this is Penthouse, the other floors design was fixed, respecting the the structural designer who has already designed the entire building, we tried not to do any of the structural changes, yet east side fins, triple height central area, skylights and spatial planing of public area like living, dining, kitchen area is done
- Inspiration
- The client is from Gujarati family, so his requirement was to have a home which reflects his way of living & lifestyle
The first thing that catches your eye is the Pichwai art that spans an entire wall,followed by a striking wooden swing, these local elements make space contemporary with the essence of Gujarati culture.
The entire east side of the house opens up by means of vertical fins, creating an aesthetic dance of shadow and light, whilst also it receives ample cross ventilation - Project Duration
