About Hito Galaxy Battleship

It subverts the industry impression of traditional sheet metal parts; The industrial design scheme adopts the structural innovation to realize the product serialization and modular design of engineering assembly. - Design Challenge
- The current AMR products in the market are limited by production processes and costs, and are mostly square sheet metal boxes. The manufacturing process is very traditional, where the sheet metal parts are directly bent, welded, and then painted, resulting in a monotonous and bulky appearance. TOALL DESIGN adopts a modular structure design strategy, combining multiple conventional processes and unifying component standards to balance the relationship between shape and cost.
- Research
- HITO Galaxy battleship series heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot, this series of products can be widely used in the manufacturing and logistics transportation fields of automobile industry, new energy, aerospace, rail transit and other industries. In automated assembly lines, processing components that can carry various weights can be moved, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines; Combined with the engineering software developed by HITO, flexible production lines can be quickly adjusted or even reorganized.
