დოტ სოფია არის მრავალფუნქციური შენობა ღონისძიებებისა და ურბანული ცხოვრებისთვის სოფიაში, ბულგარეთი. ორმოცულობიანი სტრუქტურა მოიცავს თანამედროვე ხელოვნებისა და ღონისძიებების სივრცეს, საავტორო რესტორანს და საცხოვრებელ ერთეულებს. დოტ სოფია მდებარეობს ისტორიულ ბაზრის რაიონში, ტერიტორიაზე, რომელიც დიდი ხანია დაკავშირებულია ვაჭრობასთან და ბოლო ათწლეულებში მიტოვებული იყო. ფასადი დამზადებულია დაჟანგული ფოლადისგან და მოგვაგონებს რაიონის დაძველებულ მატერიალურობას. ზომაზე მეტი ჟალუზები იხსნება და იკეტება ბაზრის ცხოვრების რიტმის მიხედვით. შენობა დასრულდა 2023 წელს და მისი მთლიანი იატაკის ფართობი შეადგენს 1576 კვადრატულ მეტრს.

- Unique Properties
- Embedded in the urban complexity of the biggest street market in Sofia the simple two volume structure of DOT Sofia building manifests unexpected different faces and scales from the possible viewpoints. The hybrid program of intertwined contemporary art and events space; signature restaurant and design urban living are injected in the rather neglected historic heart of the city with the clear ambition to redirect its inevitable transformation. The rusted steel facade preserves the characteristic aged materiality of the area while the dynamics of the oversized shutters follow the rhythm of the market life.

Neglected for the past decades, it is now evolving into a multi-cultural melting pot. DOT Sofia aims to contribute to the rediscovery and evolution of this still hidden urban cultural area.
