- Positioned along the Yellow Sea coast, the facade is constructed with metal aluminum panels to withstand the high salt fog, ensuring corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance. The third and ninth floors feature fully enclosed glass curtain walls, as if the tower were floating in the air, presenting an aesthetic of lightness.

The architectural design is inspired from cargo ships ready for departure, and the tower square shape looks like a stack of containers, symbolizing a full cargo load. The podiums on either side of the structure feature an inclined design reminiscent of a freighter bow, emphasizing the shipping industry' characteristics and harmonizing with the surrounding.
