Spread over a plot of 1,154 square meters, the building consists of four floors, each with areas ranging from 275 square meters to 400 square meters.

- The location is a region that stands out with its cliffs. Inspiration was taken from the layered and fluid forms of the cliffs in the contour maps. The readability of the natural topography along the sections is reflected in the facade movements and the dynamic arrangement of the horizontal plates. Each floor, just like the contour lines, protrudes at different levels, creating both an aesthetic rhythm and providing functional advantages such as shading and privacy.
