The complex comprises three 16-floors residential blocks, with the open spaces between the buildings maximized for green plantings, public squares, and communal areas. The development includes parking for 300 vehicles.

The solution was a shell-inspired facade and spatial strategy that integrates environment, function, and iconic design.
