The split structure and new materials are expected to solve this industrial key problem, fully leveraging its structure and material selection. On the other hand, the support degree and pressure relief ability of pillows are the first considerations of consumers in terms of experience.

Based on anthropometric parameters, combined with human musculoskeletal system simulation model and AB pillow supine and lateral lying interaction of biomechanical performance evaluation index, according to the clinical test group sleep conditions and comfort evaluation, via personalized programming, the design team finally developed and designed the split structure of the support layer and comfort layer.
