Harmonious Residence

For instance, all wooden flooring is FSC(Forest Stewardship Council) -certified, ensuring the sustainability and eco-friendliness of the wood source. The bathrooms feature GEBERIT's collector drain and the GEBERIT's floor drain Aquorea system, which optimize the efficiency of water utilization.
The main challenge is how to perfectly integrate art and nature elements into a limited space while ensuring eco-friendliness and energy conservation. Thanks to innovative materials and energy-saving technologies, this challenge is tackled. For example, wood and stone materials add natural textures yet reduce environmental impact.
