Pet-Friendly Design: Cat perches and a custom staircase platform allow feline companions to move freely, maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

The ground floor serves as an entry hub with a garage, foyer, and storage. The second floor is the social core, where the living room, dining area, and bar counter connect seamlessly to an outdoor terrace. The third floor prioritizes privacy, housing the master bedroom and a walk-in closet reminiscent of a hotel suite. The fourth floor includes a children's bedroom, study, and secondary bedroom, balancing privacy and function.

The staircase was also carefully designed, prioritizing safety and ergonomics while serving as a refined visual element. Thoughtfully selected materials enhance its aesthetic appeal, reinforcing the villa's cohesive and harmonious design.
