Its strength lies in the integration of six interrelated functional zones that create a self sustaining ecosystem. Unlike conventional industrial zones, this project blurs the boundaries between living, working, and leisure, forming a dynamic community rather than a segmented complex.

Carbon sequestration reaches 12 Kilograms per square meter per year, and system interaction delays stay under 50 ms.
