អត្ថបទសៀវភៅ៖ Floating Minimalist Poetic គឺជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលលក់ និងទីផ្សារមួយដែលមានទីតាំងនៅទីក្រុងណានឆាង ប្រទេសចិន។ ការរចនាបានទាញយកគំនិតចេញពីបឹងធម្មជាតិនៅលើទីតាំងនេះ។ បច្ចេកទេសរចនាបែបរំលាយឥស្សរៈ (Deconstruction) បែបអប្បរមានិយម ត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ដើម្បីបង្កើតបរិយាកាសដ៏ស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ធម្មជាតិ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ដែលជួយបន្ធូរបន្ថយភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មធម្មតារបស់ទីតាំងលក់។ អគារនេះលេចឡើងយ៉ាងសេរីនៅលើច្រាំងបឹងដូចជាក្តោង បង្កើតបានជារោងចង្ក្រងសិល្បៈបឹងទឹកមួយដែលមានលក្ខណៈសហសម័យ និងពោរពេញទៅដោយកំណាព្យភាព។ លំហនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំផែនការសម្រាប់បម្រើជាក្លឹបសម្រាប់អ្នកស្នាក់នៅនាពេលអនាគត ដោយផ្តល់នូវទីកន្លែងដ៏ចីរភាពសម្រាប់ការទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងសហគមន៍ជិតខាង។

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Inspiration
- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.

- The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
