The interface directly connects with the restaurant's kitchen system to streamline custom orders and delivery, reducing long queues and providing detailed nutritional information for informed food choices. Its loyalty program fosters customer retention and satisfaction.

- The design process, grounded in Google's UX methodology, began with thorough user research, wireframing, and iterative prototyping. In-house development of branding, packaging, and illustrations ensured both originality and intellectual property protection. We integrated competitive analysis, empathy mapping, customer journey mapping, the Crazy Eights ideation method, and a detailed usability study plan complete with testing instruction cards.
