ಲಗುನಾ 182 ಎಂಬುದು ಬ್ರೆಜಿಲ್‌ನ ಸಾಂಟಾ ಕ್ಯಾಟರಿನಾದ ಇಟಜೈನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಗೋಪುರವು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೊಂಬತ್ತು ಮಹಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ನೆಲಗಟ್ಟು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಡಿಸಲಾದ ನಲವತ್ತೊಂದು ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಹಡಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳಿವೆ. ವಕ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಳುಕುವ ರೇಖೆಗಳು ಮುಂಭಾಗವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಚಾಚಿದ ಕಾಂಕ್ರೀಟ್ ಟೆರೇಸ್‌ಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಹಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಉದ್ಯಾನವಿದೆ. ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಸಸ್ಯರಾಶಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ವಸ್ತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಕ್ರೀಟ್, ಗಾಜು, ಸೆರಾಮಿಕ್, ಗ್ಯಾಲ್ವನೈಸ್ಡ್ ಸ್ಟೀಲ್, ಅಲ್ಯೂಮಿನಿಯಂ ಕಾಂಪೋಸಿಟ್ ವಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕೃತ ಮರ ಸೇರಿವೆ. ಈ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸವು ಪರಿಸರದ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
