About Chifuyu ಲಿವಿಂಗ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಟೇಬಲ್
ಚಿಫುಯು ಎಂಬುದು ಲಿವಿಂಗ್ ರೂಮ್‌ಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಎತ್ತರದ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎರಡು ಚರ್ಮದ ತುಂಡುಗಳ ಚಿತ್ರಣದಿಂದ ಈ ರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ಒಂದೇ ಬಾಗಿದ ಚರ್ಮದ ತುಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ಮೈಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ತೇಲುವ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ರಂಧ್ರಗಳಿರುವ ಲೋಹವು ಈ ಬಾಗುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಆಧಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣವಾದ ಮೂರು ಆಯಾಮದ ಆಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಟೇಬಲ್ 950 ಮಿಲಿಮೀಟರ್ ಅಗಲ, 950 ಮಿಲಿಮೀಟರ್ ಆಳ ಮತ್ತು 280 ಮಿಲಿಮೀಟರ್ ಎತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಹಗುರವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ತೇಲುವಂತಹ ನೋಟವು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಒಳಾಂಗಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

- The shaping of the tertiary surface proved extremely difficult. It was achieved by employing perforated metal.
- Design Challenge
- Expressing the shape of a cubic surface and realising it while utilising the skills of engineers proved extremely difficult. Through repeated discussions, we continued to seek the correct solution until completion.
- Inspiration
- While pondering how to create a new table, an image came to mind of two pieces of leather suspended in mid-air.
I contemplated how to realise this vision, and arrived at this form. - Project Duration
- The project started in Apr. 2020 in Tokyo and finished in Jan. 2021 in Tokyo, and was exhibited in Salone del Mobile in June 2022.
