About Utopian Bureau 오피스 인테리어 디자인

유토피안 뷰로(Utopian Bureau)는 대만에 위치한 면적 198.51제곱미터의 오피스 인테리어이다. 본래 주거 공간으로 구획되어 있던 이곳을 개방형 오피스 레이아웃으로 전환하였다. 배관 및 배선 설비를 시공한 후 천장과 벽면은 검정색으로 도장하고, 바닥은 우드 컬러의 내마모 보드로 마감하였다. 인더스트리얼한 기본 톤 위에 따뜻한 색감과 네오클래식 디테일을 조화롭게 결합하였다. 이전 프로젝트에서 남은 자재를 재활용하였으며, 가구는 평행하게 나열하지 않고 배치하였고 체크무늬 벽지와 조명이 시각적 효과를 완성한다.

Unique Properties: Different from the generalized construction procedure, we first paint the ceiling and walls black, and then pave the floor with wood-colored wear-resistant board after the pipelines are setting up. After that, exploit the available materials at hand, comply with the appropriate color hue to layout, so as reflecting the specified feature of the brand - warmth and stylish.
Dimensions & Packaging: An area of space is 198.51 square meters.

Production Technology: The project was originally a non-decorated space, different from the generalized construction procedure, we first paint the ceiling and walls black, and then pave the floor with wood-colored wear-resistant board after the pipelines are setting up. After that, exploit the available materials at hand, comply with the appropriate color hue to layout.
Design Challenge: Exploit the materials that remained from the previous cases, successfully transformed the non-decorated space into an interesting office setting in the tight construction period.
Research: In an ordinary homey space, still can create a brand new style situation via the ingenious decoration, thence shape a cultural gallery of integrating work, art and life.
Inspiration: The project was originally a residential configuration, transformed the pattern into an office layout. The whole space adopts open layout, Select warm color hue and neoclassical style, which integrates with the base tone of industrial style.
Also, in the square pattern, the furnishing is not in parallel layout. Create a brand new style situation via the ingenious decoration. So that the customers and the visitors would feel homey as soon as they step into the space.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2017 and finished in June 2017 in Taiwan.
Operation Flow: Select the wood tinge checkered wallpaper and illumination bring about the glamorous visual effect of the space.
