Flower 묘목 뿌리 보호기 소개

Flower는 이식 과정에서 화훼 묘목의 뿌리를 보호하는 장치입니다. 꽃의 뿌리와 줄기는 외부 힘에 의해 쉽게 손상되어 수확량이 감소하고 농민에게 경제적 손실을 초래합니다. Flower는 폴리락트산(PLA) 플라스틱을 사출 성형하여 제작되었습니다. 공 모양의 하부는 주근을 농기구와 설치류로부터 보호합니다. 두 부분은 간단한 베이오넷(총검식) 결합 방식으로 연결됩니다. 돌출된 목 부분은 손잡이 역할을 하여, 줄기에 손을 직접 대지 않고도 다 자란 꽃을 흙에서 뽑아낼 수 있습니다. 다양한 꽃의 종류에 맞춘 여러 크기로 제공됩니다.

고유 특성: During the transplanting process, the roots and stems of flowers are easily damaged by external forces, thus reducing plant yield and causing economic losses to farmers. This is a protective device made of polylactic acid plastic that works on the roots of seedlings, protecting the main roots of flowers from damage from farm tools and rodents, and its protruding neck is designed to avoid direct hand contact with the stems of plants when pulled out.So, people can pull out the growing flowers directly from the soil.

디자인 과제: Reasonable shape, effective function and low price are the indexes at the beginning of the product design. Because it is only a kind of auxiliary device to protect flowers, its production cost, material and technology can not exceed flowers themselves, so that it has a certain function, but also should meet the market positioning.
영감: In some flower producing countries such as the Netherlands, the mortality rate of rare flowers has brought great economic losses. It is very important to improve the way of flower cultivation and transplantation.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in Hong Kong in February 2019 and was completed in November 2019.
운영 흐름: The product consists of two parts, which are connected by simple bayonet. The ball shaped bottom can help plants protect their main roots, and the neck can provide a place for people's hands to pull out flowers more easily.
