오퍼스 원(Opus One)은 중국 항저우에 위치한 1,300제곱미터 규모의 분양 홍보관 인테리어이다. 디자인은 인근의 첸탕강을 주제로 삼아 물이라는 요소를 실내로 끌어들였다. 망입유리 스크린을 일정한 배열로 배치하였으며, 반투명한 질감이 공간에 가볍고 개방적인 느낌을 부여한다. 엘리베이터 홀에서는 엇갈리게 배치된 기하학적 선과 수직적 형태가 첨단 기술적 성격을 강조한다. 시청각실은 우주선의 형상을 취하고 있다. 리셉션 홀의 수경 연출은 정원을 실내 경관으로 전환시킨다.
