About Bi Wabisabi 마이크로 주거 공간

비 와비사비(Bi Wabisabi)는 대만 타이베이에 위치한 전용면적 26제곱미터의 마이크로 주거 공간이다. 인테리어 디자인은 거주자가 일본에서 보낸 여행의 기억에서 출발했다. 작은 공간을 세심하게 구획함으로써 향수 어린 정서를 자아냈다. 좁고 층고가 높은 주택의 특성을 오히려 장점으로 활용하여 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 책장을 설치했다. 이 책장은 거주자가 동경하는 일본의 한 서점을 떠올리게 한다. 2019년에 완공된 비 와비사비는 거주자가 일상 속에서 소중한 기억을 다시금 마주할 수 있도록 한다.

Unique Properties: Focused on the element of time, the design revealing the memories from the fourth dimension which has been concealing deeply in the owner's heart, and transfers it into a perfect living proportion in space.

Tags: Japanese style, Wa-fu style, Daikanyama, Taipei, Taiwan
Production Technology: The owners' travel memories of Japan were the priority when contact engaged. To transfer this nostalgic emotion, the narrow, vertical height was taken as an advantage to dominates the scene, bookshelf designed to fill the space from floor to ceiling reminds the owners of the memorable bookstore they adore in Japan.
Inspiration: Transfering the travel memories and nostalgic mood into a perfect living proportion via a reasonable space division. The fourth dimension of life - Time has revealed in space.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan. Finished in September 2019.
