C&D 그룹 청두는 청두 루산(蘆山)의 자연 경사지에 자리한 빌라 모델하우스입니다. 이 현대적인 빌라는 본래의 경사 지형을 그대로 살려 공원과 같은 주거 경험을 제공합니다. 실내는 넓은 창을 통해 주변 경관과 이어지며, 이 창들은 각 실을 서로 연결하는 역할도 합니다. 개방된 1층에는 거실, 다이닝룸, 서양식 주방이 하나로 어우러져 있습니다. 마스터 베드룸은 이중 창을 활용해 풍경을 향한 폭넓은 시야를 열어줍니다. 회전 계단은 공간 전체를 관통하며 각 층에 배치된 예술 작품들을 연결합니다.
